Welcome to Alpine Christian School! We are excited that you are considering joining our educational community. 

 

Tuition & Fees for 2025–2026

At Alpine Christian School, we strive to keep Christian education affordable and accessible to all families. For the upcoming school year, our Preschool through Grade 8 students will share the same tuition structure.

Fee Schedule (PK-8):

Registration Fee: $449 ($399 for early registration paid by June 16, 2025)

  • Registration fee is per child and is to be paid in full for each child before admission to ACS. Registration fee covers the cost of books, workbooks, most classroom supplies, student insurance, achievement testing, and library materials.

Monthly Tuition Payments (PK-8)

Non-Constituent Church Family Tuition: Constituent Church Family Tuition:

   2 Students           $758 x 10 = $7,580    2 Students           $675 x 10 = $6,750
   3+ Students         $1,033 x 10 = $10,330    3+Students          $930 x 10 = $9,200

At Alpine Christian School, we believe that every child deserves access to a Christ-centered education—regardless of financial circumstances. If your family is in need of tuition support, we are here to help.

We offer financial assistance to qualifying families based on need and available resources. Our goal is to work together to make Christian education affordable for those who value it most.

 

How to Apply for Financial Assistance

To begin the process:

  1. Download the Financial Aid Application by clicking the button below.

  2. Complete the form with accurate and honest financial information.

  3. Submit the form in person to the school office.

Once received, our Financial Aid Committee will carefully review your application. We are committed to offering a positive and supportive response, based on your family’s unique needs and the school’s ability to assist.

 We understand that each situation is different—and we are here to listen, pray with you, and find a way forward together.

Schedule a Visit to Alpine Christian School

Available Visit Hours:

We welcome scheduled visits Monday through Friday, between 3:30 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. only.

This allows us to give you our full attention and a personalized experience while our school day is winding down.

Enrollment Documents &

Online Forms

At Alpine Christian School, we’ve streamlined the enrollment process through AE Connect, the official school platform of the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventist Education.

All forms and authorizations must be filled and signed online.

Official documents must be brought in person to the school office.

 

For New Students (PK–8)

Submit in Person to the School Office:
  • Certified Birth Certificate

  • Up-to-Date Immunization Records

  • Physical Examination (within the last 12 months)

  • Dental Exam

  • Vision Exam

  • Previous School Records (if applicable)

Please bring all documents to the office during regular hours (8:00 AM - 2:00 PM) before the school year begins. 

  • From June 2nd - 13th, 2025
  • From August  4th - 12th, 2025

For Returning Students

(All Grades PK–8)

Returning families must update and sign all required forms online each year through AE Connect.
